I hear you and that's not a problem. When, you consider what I cost versus what they cost you'd be crazy not to pursue those means.
I think most of my clients use the (Internet, Internal Referral, Newspaper Ads) etc. while they see my people . I welcome the competition and I'm OK with the risk.
Actually, the majority of my placements are made because I conduct a targeted search while my clients simultaneously use other means and I show them talent that they typically cannot find on their own. Here's all I need to know.....

So let me make sure we're on the same page. This is not a full-blown search and I'm not going to spend a lot of time or resources like we normally would. But if there's a current or former ex.__________ sales rep somewhere in the _____________area who sold___________or more to the _________vertical you'd want me to call you and you'd see that candidate,....right?
