I hear you and that's not a problem. When, you consider what I cost versus what they cost you'd be crazy not to pursue those means.

I think most of my clients use the (Internet, Internal Referral, Newspaper Ads) etc. while they see my people . I welcome the competition and I'm OK with the risk.

Actually, the majority of my placements are made because I conduct a targeted search while my clients simultaneously use other means and I show them talent that they typically cannot find on their own. Here's all I need to know.....

  1. Is there a particular company or set of companies that you compete with that I can target and recruit an unsuspecting candidate that you could not afford not to hire or at least interview?
  2. What would their track record have to be?
  3. Who would they have called on?
  4. What key accounts are you after that they may have already opened?
  5. How big a book of business would they have to be carrying?

Summary

So let me make sure we're on the same page. This is not a full-blown search and I'm not going to spend a lot of time or resources like we normally would. But if there's a current or former ex.__________ sales rep somewhere in the _____________area who sold___________or more to the _________vertical you'd want me to call you and you'd see that candidate,....right?
