Doug founded Strategic Sales Search after a successful 14 year career in the healthcare industry where he was the co-founder of Continuecare which is a publicly traded medical rehabilitation and staffing firm. Since 1998 he and his team have been a dynamic force in the technology recruitment world placing some of the top sales, sales support, sales management and marketing talent in the domain. In 2007, he merged his firm with Sales Consultants to create one of the most experienced search firms in North America. The combined organizations offer almost 100 years of combined recruiting experience which has created and unparalled candidate database and working relationships with the top producers in the technology space. Doug's clients include some of the largest and fastest growing enterprise software companies in North America.

Tom joined founded Sales Consultants in 1988 after a successful 14 year management career at 3M in their Business Communications Division. Tom has been personally responsible for helping some of the most influential networking companies in the world build world class sales and marketing organizations. Today he specializes in helping young networking companies build their sales and marketing teams. His clients typically are pre-IPO, fast growing, next generation leaders in networking technologies. He has been a Pacesetter (MRI's award trip for top performers) every year since 1989, but his greatest success has been building the finest recruiting organization of its kind in the industry. In 2007 Tom merged his firm with Strategic Sales Search to create one of the oldest and largest search firms dedicated exclusively to placing sales talent with technology companies.

A recent list of fulfilled searches with satisfied clients includes Riverbed, Citrix, Copan Systems, Vbrick, Extreme Networks, Ciena, Nortel, and Cisco. Amy is responsible for our ongoing recruiting efforts in the MidAtlantic and Southeast Regions. She has always provided superior recruitment services in a timely manner while matching clients' requirements with candidates' career goals yielding long term success for both parties. She has exceeded quota virtually every year and is a perennial pacesetter. She is a recognized leader in the recruiting field, with a large network of hiring managers in the technology domain and working relationships with some of the top producers in the space.
Scott Clayton

Scott joined Sales Consultants in 1995 after a 15-year career in computer sales with companies such as Prime Computer and Memorex Telex. Scott is responsible for our on going recruiting efforts on the West Coast and Midwest, including Pacific, Rocky Mountain, and Central time zones. He is a consistent Pacesetter and a top producer within the MRI organization. Scott's strong foundation prior to joining the firm in technology allows him to grasp complex technologies quickly. He has an in-depth understanding of what companies look for in candidates and what those candidates look for in future employers.

Gary was one of the original recruiters to join Strategic Sales Search. Prior to joining the company he had a successful career in the Retail Management space where his responsibilities included high level recruiting. He has been personally responsible for helping some of North America's most well-known technology firms build their sales organizations. Typical searches for Gary would include outside sales professionals, field sales managers, pre-sales engineers and Vice Presidents of Sales and Marketing. Recent success stories include companies like Citrix, Metavante, Intersystems, Entrasys, NetScout, and Symantec just to name a few. What separates Gary from most recruiters is his network of working relationships with the movers and shakers within the technology domain.
Dan Zdarko

Dan and his practice partners run the Southeast for our firm, placing Sales, Pre-Sales Engineers, Sales Management and Marketing talent for technology firms including hardware, software, and IT consulting organizations. Their client list includes some of the most recognizable logos in the technology domain. Dan graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2002 with a degree in Business Admintration; and a concentration in Marketing. He began his career with Strategic Sales Search as a Researcher/ Project Manager and rapidly moved up the ranks to a Regional Director role.

Linda and her project team run the West Coast for Strategic Sales Search. She has spent the last (18) years placing executive management, engineers and technical talent with technology firms. Her clients include a select group of multi-billion dollar technology companies and promising emerging/start up organizations. Throughout her career Linda has helped many well-known technology names go from start-up mode to market dominance. Her recruiting experience prior to joining our firm helps her understand what companies need in sales professionals and what proven sales talent looks for in their next opportunity.

Becki joined Strategic Sales Search in 2002 and is clearly one of the reasons we have enjoyed such outstanding results. She is the glue that holds us together and is in charge of making sure our first impression with candidates and companies is a good one. Becki is also responsible for the firm's technology management. Her duties include: development and management of digital media used to successfully market our services to client companies; development of broad advertisement and search techniques to source qualified candidates. She is also responsible for managing our internet presence which includes three web properties, one of which is our industry leading job board (www.hotsalesjobs.com) and all of our data mining and lead generation activities.
